Bread Bubbles 2


About a month ago I posted my first mention of bread bubbles. Here's another much bigger example found in a loaf of Bran'nola bread this morning:



As I mentioned in the previous post, we are now finding bubbles like this in roughly one out of every five loaves.

If you find a bigger example than this, send in a picture...

I am a Baker and been in a plant bakery it seems they have a major problem someone is not cheaking the degasing rollers/chain, to mold the dough correctly.

hope you took it back and showed the slices to them 1 in 5 loaves thats a royal f*** up. concerding a plant factory makes about 8000 loaves an hour, depends where Im Australian
