This letter, as read on Car Talk, makes me smile.

Comments:
We went for a hike out in the Kananaskis (about 60 miles West of Calgary, Alberta) that was mainly in a ravine. We noticed no one else was on the trail, so when we were done we went to the ranger station and asked about the trail. They said it was closed because it was the main pathway that the Grizzly bears use to get off the mountain.

Funny how there was no sign.

Did you find any bells?

Nope, no bells! We didn't notice a thing except for the lack of people.

One of the great joys of living in this area of North America is driving though the mountains and seeing a bunch of tourists on the side of the road trying to take pictures of the cute and fuzzy baby grizzly bear. They are 10 feet away from the thing and out of their cars.

It is funny we don' loose more tourists that way.
